Echelon
The fact is so cruel that I have to struggled to survive. Just like the famous words"people never die if they struggle to swim while dropping down in water". The world is never fair even one day, no matter in the past time, right now, or future, which means the rules are different, depending on which echelon you are in. Fortunately, I was born in a Middle-class family, so it's not such difficult to find a way to live better, not like children living in rich families, although enjoying a high-quality life could't be a real life in my child life, the basic ability of my parents to support my tertiary education in western countries is OK. So I have no complain about where I am from or all the failures met in school time during the last 20 years.
I always think what's the most essential element that dividing people into different echelons. I have no interest to find the answer from Marx, because his theory is too far from my real life, so through observing people around me, I find several factors which I consider they're very important can have an impact on a man's path forward the future.
The first factor is where are you from. There is no doubt that one guy's family is the prior decision that can decide the person's education, contacts and any other positive resources. In opposition, people from poor families, have to be more hard-working to be the top in a group, which is the best way to gain or get enough resources to breakthrough the echelon that he or she belongs to. There is no secret that 20% people own 80% wealth, and how about the top 1% guys, maybe they own 50% wealth, so go ahead and break the ceiling to a higher echelon does not just mean more money, but a new world, much more resources to be somebody.
The second factor is how to get rid of the current situation and live better. Just as mentioned above, the breakthrough of achieving a higher echelon is the most efficient way. The world is excellent but just so for few people, not everyone. That's not because,like somebody advocates, that people who don't feel happiness because of greedy personality, but because happiness just belongs to minority who controls huge resources and have deep influence to the world.So the question how to get rid of the current situation and live better can transfer to how to be the minority. For me, I think being the top is the answer. No matter in a school or a company, no matter which occupation you are in, just be the top. If you are a student , be the best student in the school,and if you are a doctor, be the best doctor in your field. Because of the answer I gave to myself during the graduated session in my college time, I do my best to find any possibility to be the top in my post-graduated time, and enter the most top Universities in the world. I have no idea if my thoughts will work, but at least I know the orientation is right.
Basic rules of the world is easy, being or owning scarce resources to make the world function in your mind. In a company, there is only one mind to make the most important decision, and it also happens in a country. You can say, there are many other minds to help the main mind, but in my view, they are voices but not minds.
