today's interviews

today i have a big harvest since i got more people to interview, which is beyond the number as i imagined. i did not expect that they treat me very well and help me a lot. firstly, PG is very nice to talk about his history experience because he came here for 9 years. but because the customer came at that moment, he only narratives 20 minutes. but the amazing thing is that the boss of this chinese medicine clinic gave me the chance to interview as well. i feel that people are not easy to live in the uk especially they initially came here without any skill or they just come here with very low skill. the hardship for them makes them became quite clam. then i went to a chinese supermarket to interview with another old lady. she just runs her own business at the very beginning . her employees can teach her english because she has no any foundation to communicate with the customers, although she said that she had attended english language course for half a year. she thinks that she still cannot speak freely and she thinks that it is not useful when she worked at that time. they use the method which just copied from her waiters and waitress and then when the new customer came, she can teach them easily.
