expressing not impressing, express who i am, we are ourselves, to show my existence
be obedient or creative?
dependent self-esteem wants to be correct
people sit in cold state would be calmer
integrity enhances self-esteem
we pay a lot when we lie, know the consequence of lies----my words are worthy, important so don't lie to others--integrity exercise
find a role model
