How i like jogging
I followed the foot-steps of MsTang and run approximately 1000 meters last night, actualy, i think call it 'jog' is more suitable for me . l like walking not ranning or jogging , it is so hard for me to ran , only a few steps can make me gasp again and again , i hate that unpleasant feeling, besides sweating is also another key point .but i tried it yesterday .
At the very first , i just wanted to get warm , for after a long day sitting in a gloomy and cold office, running for a while was a pretty good choice. it was not easy for me in the first few minutes, i was nearly out of breath, then i slowed down and tried to balance it until i found a comfortable way to inhale and exhale. The following thing became better and better, finally i realized jogging is an amazing thing you worth to do.
