如何让自己在职场上受欢迎
这不是一个full list,只是身边有这么一个神人。相处了一段时间,觉得不把这些从他身上观察到的东西写下来,学习,就可惜了。
1. always full of energy
2. always becomes the expert of what you are working on; take full advantage of learning things from ppl around you
3. never disclose any intention of gaining personal interest; never afraid of losing anything.
4. good at challenging ppl and being challenged; earn respect from expertise
Social skill
1. always give others impression that you give them first priority
2. Frequently express you appreciate/love someone in front of others; words get around. it does no harm to the ppl who hear it or who are being appreciated
3. good at telling the story; details make the things more real and memorable
4. ready for self-depreciating;
5. don't care about trivial things; be generous to your colleagues.
6. this is a magic line when you try to convince others to do something: "I am very impressed by your capability/xxxx...if you do xxxx, i believe you will do it amazingly. it will be very good for your career."
7. here is another one if you have some power already: "I won't let anything happen to you, ok? do you think i will let anyone hurt you without giving a s**t? believe me!"
8. Another one making ppl feel privilege "if you do xxx, I'll do xxx"
9. say something "insight" during private conversation. Depending on who you r talking to, spilling something known from insider will make ppl think you trust them. In return, they will trust you
