Job security的意思是“工作稳定性”,很多人在表述时容易写成job safty。security有“安全、安全感”的意思,一份工作的安全感也就是其稳定性了。
Job security is the probability that an individual will keep his or her job; a job with a high level ofjob security is such that a person with the job would have a small chance of becoming unemployed.
The majority of the workers have been entitled to paid holidays.

entitle有“给……权利,使有……权利”的意思,be entitled to something即指“某人享有某种权利”,也可以不用被动语态,写作something entitles somebody to do something,而如果是something is entitled something else,则指“命名”。
If you are entitled to something, you have the right to have it or do it.
paid作形容词,指“有酬劳的”,a paid work指有薪酬的工作,而paid holiday指带薪休假。这个词也可以用来描述一个人所得薪酬的高低,用到well/badly paid,而不是“高低”、“多少”。
If you are given paid holiday, you get your wages or salary even though you are not at work.

sense一词的含义较多,最基础的含义是“感觉”,后接guilt或fulfillment,指“愧疚/成就感”;如果后接duty或justice一类的词,指“责任/正义感”,这里的sense是“意识、观念”的意思;而说一个人方向感很强,我们可以说someone has a good sense of direction,这里的sense指“天赋、悟性、资质”。翻译过来都是“……的感觉”,但sense的含义有着细微的区别。
在说某事给某人带来了一种成就感时,我们可能会用到give或bring,而原句用到了come with,句式更为地道一些。

She may be saddled with an excessive workload or a shift that disrupts her family life.
