conclusion
A key aim of this paper has been attempted to analyse the relationship between two photos (Fig.1, Fig.2) in Paris taken by William Eggleston and geometric abstract painting and push further about the similarity and the differentia between them. Through investigating the quality of aesthetics and the technique of creating of Eggleston's photography and geometric abstract painting, their similarity and difference become clear. The paper analyse the similarity of the quality of aesthetics between these two art forms, and then move to clarity the difference between them in three aspects, the technique of creating, synthesized shapes and abstract space. This paper got result that even though these two photos (Fig.1, Fig.2) in Paris and geometric abstract painting have a common sense of quality aesthetic, but they have quiet different technique of creating.
The objects in these two photographs are all existential in reality. Yet Eggleston took these photos as quality abstract photography. It do provide people a refreshly visual experience . It is still not the only distinctive way to arrange form, colour, lines, and shapes.
Nowadays, every city in the world has become more similar than ever. Eggleston's photos not only showed us the photographic beauty of colour, but also provided another angle to observe the neglected nooks in cities which filled up the publicity images and bold colour advertisement. Closed-up is way of observing, fragment is a way of presenting. The other possibility of taking photos on streets is to provide a refreshing attitude to think about busy urban life.
在每一个城市都发展的相近的今天,E ‘s photos 除了向我们展示了, not subordination to reality, 更振奋人心的是,给了我们another angle to observing, whatever it is boring, restless or even XXX.,close-up 是一种观察方式,fragment 是一种表现手法。 take photography on the street 的另一种可能性, also an refreshingly attitude to think about our life,
All of this appearing not at all as it might in a social document, but as it might in a diary.
[can be in conclusion]Color photography(their works) raises the question of the relationship between the image and our perception of the world.
