和老外客户聊聊
窃以为,不是很熟悉的客户应该以提问方式交流,尽可能多的“听”进行信息收集,找出他真正的需求,找到话题切入点,引出客户更多的想法。除非你的形象定位是Technology –Expert,所以,没话讲就提问,多提问没坏处——!
1. 前面说些废话,Here is my card.......nice to xxxx, how u doing……..
2. 提前邮件联系过,所以:As indicated in my previous e-mail……..(降低陌生感,逐步切入主题)
As you requested………
3. 听他说一阵子,他应该会介绍下自己的项目,然后对你的产品进行了解,没听清就:I’m wondering if you can elaborate i.e. provide more details about…..(顺便展现出你是真的很感兴趣),各种问:I see what your mean, and could you tell me about …….. What is your plan?
4. 然后你就简单介绍下公司啊,产品啥的:As mentioned before, we deem this product has strong unique selling points in India. 或者I am convinced that……That might be in your favor
5. 热爱倾听的人会让人觉得谈的来,于是,你可以图穷匕见:If you wish, we would be happy to......(提出你报价的要求)…..
6. 最后表示感谢,最好确定下次联系时间:Thank you so much for inviting me. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me.
大概就这个结构吧,这个东西,随机应变的,就一句话,冷场就问点问题. 你能有啥问题啊。。。。。
