 Went to Ryan's birthday party. Got picked up at his apartment and a kind lady drove us to the restaurant near the river trent.( i did not know that the trent university are named after the river trent). Met a lot of nice people. Talked a lot about culture, history and religion. And it was during the enjoyable talks did I realize that the concept of communities bring people with different ages, backgrounds, social classes together and get them connected. People live better when they concern about each other and to the people they do not know. Kind of worrying what is it going to be like in China in a few decades. What kind of communities is going to form and how people will connect to each other, if not by the religion which provide selflessness and sacrifice of oneself for others.
