本期工作坊将围绕形和声的主题展开，以肢体的运动使身体深处的内在声音释放出来，说到底一切都还得从身体出发。“形”在此被身体肢态而塑造;“声”是“形”的延续，也可以说是回响，主要来自于塑造身体肢态时而产生的内在张力和冲动，也由于对呼/吸气的主动调配而产生的情感效应，基于这两个基本动力的推动下将之发声出来。这和纯粹以口腔发声有所区别，更和唱歌或仿制声音不同。具有难度性。
此次工作坊包含两种实验效应，一是经过对形声的训练和探索过程，寻找可以与参与者产生的原创动机，新鲜含量，并积累共鸣; 二是试图建立一种特殊的沟通和互动方式使之延续和发展。nunu有意愿找到志趣相投者并邀请他们参与她即将的新作品当中。
形·声 需要参与者对自身身体有强烈的表现欲望，并对肢体的阅读有自己的洞察力，比如能够用身体对一副画像或一件物体进行表达和描述; 也需要参与者对各种形体动态勇于探索并无所畏惧，比如在超越自身形体动态的经验之上不将担忧它的羞耻，丑美或对错(惯有的审美标准)。虫子们都疯了 是一种创作的假设或幻想元素，一个包含修辞手法的元素,　也可以是“西瓜们”,　“馒头们”或“洗衣机们”。所谓要紧的是如何通过一种桥梁来触及其创作目标。谁说虫子们不会疯！但它们是怎么疯的？疯成什么样子？疯了以后又将如何？
重要提示: 4次工作坊具有连续性且循序渐进，参与者尽可能保证每次出席。
本次工作坊进行中不向外来人士开放。

TIPS: to attend the workshop, please wear loose sweat pants, we recommend to bring your own towel and drinks.
The workshops will focus on the theme of physical body transmogrification and releasing sounds from deep inside the body. "Form" in this sense will be enabled by shaping the body limbs and structure, "Sound" is a natural echo of "Form", the outcome of an inherent impulse when the body is dynamically shapened. Through the active regulation of the inhalation / exhalation of your breathing emotional effects are generated, causing a sound to build up and flow out. This is distinct from a purely oral voice, even further from the act of singing or imitating a sound.
The workshops include two experimental phases: one, after the process of exercising and exploring “Form” and “Sound” we will try to develop an original motivation with fresh content and an accumulation of resonance and sympathy. Two, we will begin to establish a special way of communication and interaction to enable continuation and development of a new performance project. Specifically, nunu would like to find like-minded persons and invite them to participate in her current work.
This workshop seeks participants with a strong desire to read and express with their bodies specific insights in their own personal way. To be able to describe an image or an object in a physical manner requires one’s own courage in a variety of physical processes, to be fearless and not shy, and not bound to a fixed standard of beauty or right and wrong when they
approach a different dynamic body experience beyond their own.
Insects were all crazy is an illustrative example of a creative element containing rhetorical devices; it could also be “watermelon”, “bread”, or “washing machines”... The so-called important thing is how to create a bridge to reach the creation target. Who said insects could not be crazy! But how crazy could they get? How crazy do they look? What comes after crazy?
Important note: This workshop is only for participants and is not open for observers, however, participants will be able to attend subsequent workshops as involved observers if they choose.
