这个文章主要要讨论的包括几点:
(1)首先是农家乐类型的餐厅兴盛的原因;
(2)将农家乐饭店作为一个setting来看其中的人与人的关系,人与空间的关系,就是标题所说的那样,是关于social life的研究。
2。1什么人会去农家乐餐厅吃饭?他们在餐厅里的行为如何?
2。2饭店的工作人员如何面对顾客各方面的回应?他们之间是怎样的一种关系(消费者和消费提供者这层关系下有什么隐语)
2。3饭店的装修和空间设置所体现的文化暗示甚至是政治暗示。
Chapter 1
-Introduction to the development of NongJiaLe in urban China: a case study of my hometown, Yiwu City, Zhejiang province.
-Literature reviews on related theories (这里我要用的原理可能很多了,而且每个章节都会不同,所以我还在想是不是要在这里总体地写一下,但很多研究论文并不这么写,除非它整个文章有一个主要理论贯穿其中)
-Methodology: both qualitative and quantitative methods
1.Data searching from the government department (e.g. the No. of NJL restaurants in studied city, the income and consumption of citizens);
2.Overview of the No. and images of NJLs in the city by travelling around;
3.Interviews and survey with consumers;
4.Interviews with waiters and manager in a certain NJL restaurant;
5.Do participating observation by acting as a waiter.
Chapter 2
-A historical review of consumption patterns of urban Chinese people in different periods:
1.Consumption patterns and philosophy for consumers in traditional China (pre-1840): tradition of saving for ordinary people.
2.Consumption patterns in modern China (1840-1949):consumerism with global market (e.g. Shanghai)
3.Consumption patterns in socialist China (1950s-1980s): consumption determined by the state.
4.Consumption patterns in post-socialist China (1980s-1990s)
5.Consumption patterns in socialist-market China (1990s- )
这个章节主要是历史性的回顾,我觉得它重要是因为我将在本章节中阐明实际上中国消费者的消费观念的影响因素至少有三个,包括传统思想,市场(乃至是全球化的市场)以及国家力量。
