I'm genuinely wanting a Torchwood search engine...

Just can't find a postgrad programme that could cover both Cultural Studies and Social Policy (or Social Work)... Why have people suddenly become so very ivory-tower-ish? Or that Cultural Studies is, after all, just another "self-entertainment" among the tenure-trackers?
