                飲食的文化造就了每個人對飲食的獨特品味，人們把食物放入體內的過程，不僅是因為身體需要能量而已，我們對食物變化的料理組合總是充滿期待，當我們享用食物時，有最原始的身體感官回應，無論是視覺、嗅覺與味覺，甚至是心理上的滿足。
我們越了解食物的特性，越能發揮食物所能創造出的可能性，食物即媒體，充滿了各種知識、實驗、驚喜與樂趣。在這個餐宴中，我們嘗試將新媒體藝術以各種視覺、嗅覺、味覺、聽覺形式與食物混合在一起，創造出實驗的料理餐宴，氣味麵、導電麵團、彩色咖哩、快樂雪、友誼茶、個性鹼粽、凍洞燈、麻糬表情。讓我們共同享受一場來自新媒體藝術與食物的混合餐宴！
Food culture allows every individual to develop his/her specific taste. When consuming food, people tend to expect more from various food combinations than purely getting basic physical supply. Food itself provides us with basic physical and mental needs ranging from energy supply to the stimulation of our five senses.
The more knowledge we have about food, the easier we are able to adapt and create. Food is a medium full of knowledge, experiment, surprise, and fun. We aim to manipulate food with experimental combinations of new media and our five senses. Scented Noodles, Conductive Dough, Colored Curry, Ice Shake, Trustworthy Tea, and Psychological Seasoning are among some of the significant experiments. Now let the feast begin!
