a surveillance day

i know this is the place to vent
so i shall begin
today is supposed to be an important day for the company
so i was assigned to follow B
who is an old kind guy
but i constantly got frustrated by this interpreter
he makes me think i could be one myself
so i began to speak up before he could respond
i was reprehended by my mentor
so got cold turkey on speaking
play it on the safe side
so many things to be cleared out, communicated and translated
that was not pretty
i felt hard to move ahead
then he asked me about myself
like always i talked about nothing
no foreign experience, not married, no money, no signifiant other
i felt like a total losser
what the fuck am i doing here
leaving all my things behind
evidently run out of time
hastily ended the day
abrupt
didn't ask me to come to dinner bombed me a little
all i could do was muster up courage to say
totally out of place goodbye
what a fuck!
i ran off the scene
on the way home
i feel gentle brush of shoulders
hmm..wish she was like me....
something left for today's dream.
