美国小孩眼里的中国小学

今天接到小朋友学校五月份的newsletter，其中有一封来自中国的信，是四年级一位小女孩去了北大附小写回来的.从美国小孩眼里看看中国的小学，很有趣。摘抄其中几句：
“The size of the school is absolutely humongous. There are 14 classes of fourth graders with around 38 kids in every class, with a total of around 3000 kids in the whole school. The biggest difference I have found is that there is a wall around the school with two gates, each with one or two guards. The parents are usually not allowed to come into the school grounds."
"We have different teachers for different subjects (Chinese, English Math, Science, Social Characteristics【这是什么东西？？？】, Computers, PE, Music and Art), but the teachers change classrooms not the students."
"I'm glad we do not have recess because 3000 kids are kind of scary (because they are really into touching me and my things).... We eat lunch in our classrooms, but the food is better and freshly cooked. I could eat the food all day long!"
信的底下有三张照片，一张是在一块写着北大附小的大石头前，一张是与老师的合影，还有一张是教室里。最后那张，我看见背后墙上贴的宣传海报上居然顶着几个大字：儒雅，大气。。。四年级的小孩诶！北大附小。
