Stir-Fried Noodles with Sliced Fish
干烧鱼丝镶面
Ingredient 配料
200 g Sea bass 200克 鲈鱼
100 g Thin noodles 100克 龙须面
30 g Snow pea 30克 荷兰豆
Ginger (minced) 姜末
Chives (sliced) 葱丝
Red pepper (sliced) 红椒丝
Fermented glutinous rice 酒酿
Shrimp 草虾
Method
1. Slice the fish and take away the bones. Slice the snow peas, and boil the noodles.
2. Mix the condiments to make fish-scented sauce.
3. Lightly fry the fish slices and snow peas. Put the noodles in a bowl. Add the sauce, sliced fish and side dish on top. The dish features a mixed flavor of sweet, sour and spicy with nice colors.

1. 鱼肉去骨切丝荷兰豆切丝, 切面煮熟。
2. 将配料制成鱼香汁。
3. 鱼肉丝滑油,荷兰豆丝待用,装面,浇上鱼香汁,放上鱼丝及配菜。特点:甜酸辣味浓,色彩分明。
