Compared with traditional right to privacy, the behavior of the right to privacy of the network usually takes place in the virtual cyberspace;
与传统隐私权相比,网络隐私权的行为通常发生虚拟的网络空间,侵害的是用户在网络空间个人数据的安全; 网络隐私权的内容开始具有经济价值,侵害网络隐私权的行为日益普及化、技术化,高科技的参与使侵害公民网络隐私权的后果更为严重。
Network privacy has attracted general attention in the academic community,this article analyzes the four ways of network privacy formulation,and four possible intrusion type,then studies the self regulation and legislative regulation of network privacy,lastly,gives out suggestive ideas to network privacy regulation in China.
网络隐私问题已经引起学术界的广泛关注 ,本文首先分析了网络隐私产生的四种渠道和侵害网络隐私的四种可能方式 ,然后研究了网络隐私保护的行业自律措施和立法保护措施 ,最后就我国的网络隐私保护问题给出了建设性的意见。
Japan and America are two countries which developed information education early. While focusing on information technology in education, they pay great attention to information ethics education that has enhanced students to obey network rules and netiquette, protect privacy , prevent computer crime and other education, that is to say to make each problem of information society "provide against possible trouble" through internalizing the new moral standards within heart of each child.
在开展信息教育较早的美国日本两个国家,他们在注重信息技术层面的教育的同时,也很重视信息伦理道德教育,即重视加强学生遵守网络规则与网络礼仪、保护隐私权、预防计算机犯罪等的教育,也就是通过内化在每一个青少年心中的新的道德标准来使各种信息社会中的问题“防患于未然”。
