美国知名牧师威尔．鲍温，发起了一项「不抱怨」运动，
邀请每位参加者戴上一个特制的紫色手环，只要一察觉自己抱怨，就将手环换到另一只手上，以此类推，直到这个手环能持续戴在同一只手上21天，那时你就已经养成不抱怨的习惯了。

威尔．鲍温（Will Bowen）
　　密苏里州堪萨斯市基督教会联盟的主任牧师，在牧会之前，有多年从事广播和营销等工作的经验。他热爱运动、圣经史、骑马、旅游、阅读，与妻子桂儿育有一女莉亚。目前他们全家人与几只马、狗、猫住在密苏里的乡间。
