主创建筑师 Chief Architects / 建筑设计师 Architectural Designer / 实习设计师Intern Designer

MUDO Architects成立于2017年，是一支兼容并包中西结合设计团队。既有毕业于国际名校，在海外实践多年的建筑师，也有曾在Aedas/RTKL/Callison等一线事务所从业数十年的项目总监；亦有原国企大院的所长负责人。使团队在兼备多样化思维，创新设计能力，国际化视野的同时，亦注重项目落地性与可实施性。

建筑是一门既尊崇艺术，又不断在实践中打磨的专业。我们认为除了创造美学，建筑师同样需要探索项目的社会性，经济性和文化性，并在其中寻找可能的平衡。除了设计方案，MUDO也同时重视所有项目建造与细节，并同业主维持良好合作关系，不断深化研究，完成实践落地，并用设计为项目创造额外价值。

我们目前主要的项目类型包括:大型商业综合体，办公产业园、办公楼超高层、文旅酒店、城市文化展览馆以及城市更新改造。

除了常规设计团队以外，背靠帝奥设计集团，MUDO还拥有自己的设计产品研发中心，并在华北（郑州），华南（深圳）设有区域公司，在温州、杭州设有独立办事处。

MUDO Architects is young design team, which was established in 2017. We have talent architects graduate from top universities and with years of overseas practical experience. We have former design director/project architects from top-class international firms, and also former department leader form local design institute. With such team, we not only have diversity design concept, creative design ability, and international vision, but also focus on the construction possibility of all projects.

We believe beside the aesthetics, architects should also investigate the social value, financial value, and cultural value behind the project, and find out the best balance among them. Beside the fancy concept design, MUDO Architects also concentrate on the construction process and details of all projects. We build long-term co-operation relationship with local clients, keep researching and developing, complete real projects, and create extra values for them via our design.

Currently, our practical projects are mainly include mixed-Use, retail, office tower, headquarter, hospitalities, exhibition center, and renovation.

Beside the regular design team, with the support of Do Design Group. MUDO Architects also have its own research & development center. In addition, we also have two regional offices in Zhenzhou and Shenzheng, and two representative offices in Hangzhou and Wenzhou.

招聘职位| Job Vacancy

主创建筑师

- 4-6年设计院/外资/事务所工作经验（商业，办公，酒店项目经验优先）

-良好的沟通能力并适应团队合作设计

-能独立领导3-5人设计团队，把控进度，与业主沟通，并独立完成一定尺度的公共建筑项目

-熟练建模软件，及方案深度技术图纸绘制，熟悉以Rhino/CAD为主的工作模式及流程

-有基本的项目管控能力，可以独立参与与业主的沟通及汇报工作

-熟悉基本建筑规范及地方法规

-建筑学本科及以上学历

Chief Architect

-4-6 year working experience（Mixed-Use, Office, Hospitality Project experience preferred）

-good communication skill and team-work ability.

-can lead 3-5 people design team independently, communicate with the client, control time schedule, and complete medium/Large size projects.

-Familiar with the design requirement of concept design/schematic design stage in China.

-Skilled in modelling and technical drawing (who familiar with the working flow based on Rhino/CAD will be preferred)

-Basic project management ability, can participate project meeting, and present to the client independently.

-Familiar with basic Chinese local standard

Bachelor degree of architecture or above.

建筑设计师

- 2年左右建筑项目经验（商业，办公，酒店项目经验优先）

-良好的沟通能力并适应团队合作设计

-能够把控设计进度，并与业主沟通的能力

-熟练建模软件（Rhino或SU），会使用Rhino及Grasshopper优先考虑

-对渲染软件有一定了解(Lumion优先)

-熟练使用排版与图形制作软件（ID / AI / PS）

-有一定的图纸绘制功底（AutoCAD）

-会使用基础办公软件（Excel / PowerPoint）

-建筑学本科及以上学历

Architectural Designer

-Around 2 year working experience（Mixed-Use, Office, Hospitality Project experience preferred）

-Good communication skill and team-work ability.

-Have ability to control the design schedule, and communicate with the client.

-Experienced modelling skill (Rhino/Grasshopper is preferred)

-Basic Rendering Software Skill (Lumion is Preferred)

-Basic technical drawing skill (Auto CAD)

-Familiar with following software: Photoshop / Indesign / Illustrator / Excel / PowerPoint

-Bachelor degree of architecture or above.

实习建筑师

-建筑学本科或硕士在读

-良好的沟通能力并适应团队合作设计

-熟练建模软件（Rhino或SU），会使用Rhino及Grasshopper优先考虑

-对渲染软件有一定了解(如Lumion, Enscape等)

-熟练使用排版与图形制作软件（ID / AI / PS）

-有一定的图纸绘制功底（AutoCAD）

Internship

-Bachelor Students / Master Students / or Recent Graduates

-Good communication skill and team-work ability.

-Experienced modelling skill (Rhino/Grasshopper is preferred)

-Basic Rendering Software Skill (Lumion Preferred)

-Basic technical drawing skill (Auto CAD)

-Familiar with following software: Photoshop / Indesign / Illustrator / Excel / PowerPoint
