Getting Emacs flyspell working on Windows

1. Install GNU Emacs.
http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/emacs/windows/
http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/emacs/windows/emacs-22.3-bin-i386.zip
2. Install Aspell and the English dictionary.
http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/aspell/w32/Aspell-0-50-3-3-Setup.exe
http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/aspell/w32/Aspell-en-0.50-2-3.exe
3. Customize emacs init file
C:\Documents and Settings\[user name]\Application Data\.emacs
(setq ispell-program-name "aspell")
Or if it's not in %PATH%, aspell should be replaced with the absolute path of the executable
and use / instead of \.
e.x., (setq-default ispell-program-name "C:/Program Files/Aspell/bin/aspell")
