Panic-if you waste time

Why did not I start early.there are forces acting against you,just pulling you away from starting early enough so that you can comfortably learn new material or exam.
News tell me,why I did not early,because humans are known to be cognitive misers :we conserve mental resources whenever possible,especially when facting tasks not viewed as “essential to our survival”
That’s terrible to me,I was the humans. A book tell me the now habit part of the reason you procrastinate is because you see no end in site.
This is my condition now. I feel panic, ok, let me see time, I waste more time, oh no.
Focus on the process,with the end in mind. Get clear on exactly what your motivations are.
Thanks god I insist on go to school. and graduate.
End thinking about future is not enough,need to be link your daily activities.
