技术哲学重要专著和文献整理
我们的《现象学》博士课程邀请了斯德哥尔摩大学教授Barry Brown,他给我们推荐了一些关于技术哲学的文献。其中，以海德格尔Martin Heidegger的《The Question Concerning Technology 技术的追问》(1977)为核心，衍生出一些相关综述和评论：

This is one of the key texts in the ‘late’ Heidegger work. Although much criticised for romanticism I think it actually sums up the philosophical challenges to technology. Even if you don’t agree with it then it something of a template for critical philosophy of technology. Should be able to define: Standing reserve, revealing, enframing.

Lewis Mumford是20世纪美国最有名的人文主义学者，其学术领域涉及到技术史、城市等诸多方面。
The myth of the machine是一本技术哲学的经典著作，从人性的角度探讨了技术与人类文化、人类未来的关系，认为科学发现与技术发明并不是人类生存的唯一目的，评判人类生物性与文化性成功的最后标准是创造而不是对自然的征服。该书中提出的“巨机器”概念，已成为一个流行的范畴。
该书在台湾有译本。
2、C. Mitcham, Thinking Through Technology, Chicago: The University of Chicago Press, Ltd., 1994.
Carl Mitcham是美国技术哲学开拓者，当代最活跃的技术哲学学者之一。他从学理上倡导与推动技术哲学这一学科的确立，同时重点关注技术的伦理问题。
Thinking Through Technology是技术哲学的开拓性著作，也是技术哲学学科的导论性著作。全书分为两部分，前部分对技术哲学的历史与面貌作出了详尽的论述，后部分则围绕技术作为制品、知识、活动与意志进行了全面的解析。
该书在国内有节译本。
3、A. Feenberg, Questioning Technology, New York: Routledge, 1999.
Andrew Feenberg是圣地亚哥州立大学哲学教授，当代最活跃的技术哲学学者之一，主要代表性著作有：Critical Theory of Technology ；Alternative Modernity；Questioning Technology；Heidigger, Marcuse and Technology 等。他承继马尔库塞、海德格尔、哈贝马斯、与福柯的思想传统，并在此基础上发展出了其独创性的技术批判理论,是当代技术哲学研究中“社会批判主义”研究纲领的典范。
Questioning Technology是Feenberg技术哲学思想的非凡的导论性著作。在这一著作中，Feenberg反对本质主义的技术哲学理论，而认为技术是价值负载的，但又是人类能够控制的。技术的东西在其结构中总是内在地包含着社会的因素。这就意味着技术设计能够整合那些促进解放与生活而不是统治的价值。简而言之，技术不是自主的与决定论的，通过技术的重建，我们可以实现的技术与社会、人的和谐发展与共同进化。
Andrew Feenberg的著作有两种在国内已有译本。
4、Vincenti, W. G.(1990), What Engineers Know and How They Know it, Baltimore: The Johns Hopkins University Press.
Vincenti, W. G系技术专家出身，20世纪40年代和50年代曾任美国航空顾问委员会航空研究工程师和科学家，掌管过国家的超音速风洞实验，在航空与航天飞机的设计上取得过重大成就。60年代以后，在美国史坦福大学任教。
What Engineers Know and How They Know it是技术知识方面的名著，1997年荣获ASME国际历史与传统中心的工程师历史学家奖。在这一著作中，Vincenti特别注重研究工程师在日常的技术活动中、日常的经验中引进一些什么样的知识，以航空技术为案例，探讨了工程技术知识的本质、类型与体系，其理论框架的根基性与实用性极为突出。
5、J. Pitt, Thinking about Technology: Foundations of the Philosophy of Technology.New York: Seven Bridges Press, 2000.
Joseph Pitt当代活跃的技术哲学学者。他吸吮英美哲学传统的丰富乳汁，特别关注技术的认识论问题，当属分析哲学传统。
Thinking About Technology是Pitt技术哲学思想的代表作。在这一著作中，Pitt认为，在知识的秩序上，技术的认识论问题具有对社会批判主义的逻辑优先性，并由此而构建起了他宏大的基础主义技术哲学理论。
6、Ihde, Don. Technology and the Lifeworld: From Garden to Earth. Bloomington: Indiana University Press.
Don Ihde是纽约州立大学哲学系的杰出教授（distinguished professor），一位著述颇丰的当代美国当代哲学家，他的研究跨越了技术哲学和现象学，是“存在主义与现象学”研究纲领的杰出代表。主要代表作有：Philosophy of Technology – An Introduction；Instrumental Realism – Interface Between Philosophy of Science and Philosophy of Technology；Technology and the Lifeworld: From Garden to Earth; Bodies in Technology等。Ihde还主编了“印第安那技术哲学丛书”（The Indiana Series in the Philosophy of Technology）。该丛书已经连续出版了十几年，在西方技术哲学界影响深远。
Technology and the Lifeworld是Ihde技术哲学思想的纲领性著作。在这部著作中，Ihde从现象学与解释哲学传统出发，集中关注人与技术的关系，以及技术的文化根植性。
7、Winner, Langdon. 1986. The Whale and the Reactor: A Search for Limits in an Age of High Technology. Chicago: University of Chicago Press.
Langdon Winner是当代最活跃的技术哲学学者之一，属社会批判主义与政治哲学传统。
该书是作者最有影响的专著。另一种也同样有影响：Autonomous technology : technics-out-of-control as a theme in political thought。
8、Achterhuis, Hans, editor. American Philosophy of Technology: the Empirical Turn. Indiana: Indiana University Press, 2001.
Hans Achterhuis是德国技术哲学家，他编辑的《美国技术哲学：经验主义转向》通过对当代美国六位著名技术哲学家——Albert Borgmann, Hubert Dreyfus, Andrew Feenberg, Donna Haraway, Don Ihde和Langdon Winner的技术哲学思想的评述，构成了一幅当代美国技术哲学的完整画卷，并表明了当代技术哲学的新的发展方向：经验转向。与Martin Heidgger, Jacques Ellul和Hans Jonas等经典技术哲学家不同，这些新一代的美国技术哲学家关注具体的技术实践，以及现代文化中技术与社会的共同进化，而不只是停留在对技术的乌托邦或敌托邦的极端理解上。

Ellul与Heideggerr是法国与德国最著名的（技术）哲学家，这两本书在英语世界里最具影响。著名德语学者Rapp的重要著作analytical philosophy of technology已依据英文版译出。

Philosophy of Technology: An Introduction. Publisher: Blackwell Publishing Limited, 2006.该书作为一本技术哲学的导论著作，还不错。
还有Carl Mitcham与Val Dusek的各自编辑的有两本技术哲学选集值得关注。
国内，吴国盛主编的《技术哲学经典读本》（2008），按照“社会一政治批判传统”、“哲学一现象学批判传统”、“工程一分析传统”和“人类学一文化批判传统”四个谱系，选取了技术哲学经典名作25篇，涵盖了以上重要的几派思想脉络。
