The monster

When the power of love overcomes the love of power,the world may know peace.
So what is love? In composers' eyes,love is a kind of music,a source of inspiration,a kind of instinct from the god.
Richard Wagner,an undersized little man,with a head too big for his body,is famous for the song of love---wedding march.
He was a monster of conceit.Never for a minute did look at the world or at people,execpt in relation to himself.In his own eyes.He was the only person who existed.An evening with him was an evening spent in listening to a monologue.Everyone who knew him will complain that ha had only one topic of conservation:himself.
He had a mania of being right.The slightest disagreement will make him go insane,even on the most trivial point.It would also set him off on a harangue that might last for hours,in which he proved himself right in so many ways,even with the exhausting volubility,that in the end hearer,stunned and deafened,would agree with him,for the sake of peace.
What's more,he had his theories of everying under the sun,including the drama,politics,culture,even the universe.
He also worte papers,as soon as he had the synopsis of a story,he would invite or even summon his friends to his house and read it aloud to them.For applause only.You know,he even played the paino like a composer,in the worst sense of what that implies.He also had a composer's voice.
