今天在 Urban Dictionary 发现了一个新的比较有趣的词汇，叫 Fame Whore，Urban Dictionary 给出的解释是这样的： “An individual who is willing to do anything, regardless of how humiliating or demeaning, to achieve notoriety. More often than not, this involves appearing on multiple reality television shows and/or having "private" sex videos "leaked" to the press.” （中文翻译：为了变得“出名”，不惜做任何事情的人，无论这些事情多么的丢脸或者无耻。这些人的行为通常包括参加一些真人秀或者让自己的性爱录像，“意外的”被外界媒体获得。）如果哪天有外国朋友指着电视上的凤姐问你，“For the sake of holy Joshua Christ and his mother the Blessed Virgin Mary, do me a favor and tell me why this ugly girl is so popular in China!!!” 你就可以说 “Hmmm, nothing but a fame whore.”
