大概是剧本和广播剧的综合体，但论语音语调其实个人更喜欢广播剧，尤其是这版Darrow，太过直接的阳光正...

最喜欢的两个片段还是关于mum: 日落大道式承载旧日碎片的房间&自信自如的comeback。也非常喜欢jaz的所有部分（除了让我想暴打Oliver的段落）。读这系列第一部居然已是三年前，我想它能让我keep coming back for more的原因之一就是，在一群romcom fiascos里总会有那么几个瞬间无比真实地触到我的生活。以至于真正落幕时很难不让联想到情景喜剧完结: 距我们和一堆朋友挤大卡车开长途去say anything式道歉已经过了很久，每个人都已经变化，坠满来自生活&时间的包袱。我们永远回不到从前，无法修正过去的错误亦或重活带着蒙太奇滤镜的黄金时代，但正因如此存在这一事实本身才奇迹般宝贵。we don't have fuck-ups, we have stories.
audible. 和yesteryear连听有种别样的美感（）但个人觉得这本有点平了，也不全是剧情（毕竟有那么多尸体）和第一人称单线叙事有很大关系。在主旨意义上表达得很好，却有些（尤其是尾声）剧情人物绕着主题跑的感觉。和whispering muse相比，并没有把剧场魅力很好地突显出来，基本全在靠女主角的self delusion在白描。而且音乐剧爱好者莫名受到一万点伤害...毕竟整个故事就是围绕着女主角如何想成为音乐之声里的玛利亚，这个在作者表达下实际上很荒谬的理想（中间还有一些和传统话剧的对比）。不过最后一场戏和音乐之声里纳粹围攻舞台呼应真的很meta了。
