•To provide administrative business support to legal team, including but not limited to:
-Typing and photocopying documents;
-Collecting and distributing daily office correspondences;
-Handling reimbursement and invoices for direct managers;
-Coordinating internal and/or external meetings and travel arrangements for team members
-Taking meeting minutes upon request;
-Subscriping publications, books and/or stationaries.
•To provide auxillary working support, including but not limited to:
-Drafting office correspondence within the team;
-Providing translation for legal / non-legal documents under the supervision of an in-house lawyer.
•To provide legal administrative and process coordination, including but not limited to:
-Assisting the application of exempted and/or simple contract, and list / update of exempted and/or simple contract templates;
-Within the responsibilites of legal teams, coordinating the contract approval procedure;
-Managing the filing and document retention system, updating the contract records timely, accurately and completely;
-Assisting training, seminar and/or workshop materials preparation.
SERVICE PERSONNEL ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree or equivalent
Experience & knowledge:
Relevant working experience is a plus
•Good communication skills in both English and Chinese (written & spoken)
•Computer literacy, familiar with all Microsoft applications
•Well organized, good at filing, self-motivated, hard-working, detail-minded, team player and ability to work independently under pressure with minimum supervision.
