Job Title: Sales Manager
Report to: Sales Director
Job Description & Candidate Profile:
Candidate should have a proven track record in sales and business development in areas of HR or relevant business consulting. Senior candidate should also show strong leadership in driving the overall sales activities. Be able to team well with project teams to generate proposal, evaluating business opportunities and deal making in reasonable period of time. Strong motivations to pursuit and convince customers on payroll BPO service.
The candidate has to establish a consistent business-, sales- and marketing plan for the respective countries and the region with assigned quota at yearly basis. This will then define the investments, costs, expenses and revenue targets. Within these boundaries the manager will be also responsible for budget allocation and target achievement.
The main task is to develop with the local sales organization the appropriate indirect and direct sell CDP`s Service. The manager will also function as information hub in both directions.
Experience and Required
The position holder should have:
•Bachelor degree or above;
•At least 3 years of sales experience in HR, outsourcing or ERP fields and well experienced in coordinating and managing virtual teams.
•Good sales, leadership, facilitative & people management and coaching skills, particularly in Business developing
•Working experience with multinational companies highly desirable
