Coordinate with HR colleagues to conduct employee’s onboard and exit process.
Setup and maintain employees’ P-file, prepare employment contract for new and renew employees.
Responsible for daily operation/maintain of E-leave system, generate reports, answer employees’ question on leave policy, provide potential improvements as key user.
Prepare all company proven letter when necessary.
Complete other tasks assigned by HR Manager.
Bachelor degree, 3 years relevant working experiences in foreign invested company.
Familiar with MS Office, SAP system
Good command of both spoken and written English
Good communication skill, have the ability to handle HR daily work independently.
