职位Position: Internal Recruiter(招聘专员)
1. Communicate with internal departments for job description and new position opened;
2. Manage recruiting process and decide searching channels;
3. Search candidates, screen resumes, and make matches;
4. Communicate with candidates for initial selection;
5. Further interviews with candidates, and complete assessment reports;
6. Coordinate interviews;
7. Complete other tasks assigned by line manager.
1. Bachelor or above, major in human resource, psychology, sociology is preferred.
2. At least 1 years working experience preferably with headhunting related business HR or sales experiences.
3. Able to work under pressure and responsible.
4. Proficient at interfacing with people, with warm personality and good communication skill.
5. Good English skills, CET-6 is must.
