This job is to be performed by a Secretary who is responsible for assisting sales people in processing and confirming customer transactions and providing administrative support to sales people in the aspects of client development and service. The duties and responsibilities he/she is going to take this job include, but not limit to:
- Follow up with business contract’s application progress and archiving;
- Maintaining clients’ database via CRM system;
- Assist to arrange marketing schedule;
- Assist sales assistant to collect clients’ information;
- Arranging and coordinating internal and external meeting;
- Other administrative responsibilities as required.
- Bachelor degree or above;
- Good command in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.

- Good communication and problem-solving skill;
- Professional mannerism and proactive working attitude;
- Stable and having sense of responsibility;
- Good command in PC skills, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access;
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- 0~2 years experience in secretarial/administrative position is preferred.
