岗位：HR Operation Assistant
1. Provide daily HR operations service (on & off boarding, employee life cycle management, data management, reporting) to employees, and ensure execution of HR operations processes compliance with adidas policy and local regulatory laws.
2. Deliver service in a timely manner and/or manage service delivery metrics of third-party supplier performance in relation to the assigned process.
3. Identify best HR operational practices within the region and support in country implementation.
4. Identifies areas for process improvements.
5. Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
1.Good communication skills - oral and written both in Chinese and English.
2.At least with half to one year working experience on HR operations functions, internship is acceptable
3.Basic knowledge of statistics and accounting and skilled application of Excel, PPT required. Be Sensitive on data.
4.Bachelor or above;
5.High honest, accountable and team player.
6.Know SAP is a plus.
