A Legend of the Seven Claw Village.
Global warming melting Antarctic ice makes sea level rise. Sea level alarm in various countries have sounded, and some countries are still suffering from extreme weather caused by global warming. For example, in Japan hails which are as large as footballs fell down accompanied by the earthquake and tsunami. In Europe, some ancient castles, churchs and buildings, even through the test of time, but now it has collapsed. In the United States, the hurricane swept the major cities like Losangeles and New York.
However, there is a place as usual, except for more people coming in.
That is a hill with seven villages on the west coast of the Pacific Ocean. Five hundred years passing by, the villages connect together by seven rivers. Divided into seven rivers, this place is like a claw with seven fingers, which is also like the hand of God printing on this land. The people here have never been out here to live and work, and no one move here. Although someone occasionally passing, in their eyes it is just an ordinary village . Villagers in a nearby fishing village entered the shelter here, who just knew, in fact, the seven claws of the ground was not ordinary.
The oldest man, called Fuji, learned that there were people who need help, and had the ability to settle them down, so let they come to his home. The outside is stormy, with lightning flashes and thunder rumbles. While here, the sun just fall down the mountain, and along the way, they see large trees, clear rivers, a lot of special birds with seven fingers. They also saw a child and the birds happilly playing together and the elders shout the child home for dinner, which were not subject to outside interference.
Nightfall, Fuji welcomed the arrival of friends, and arrange for their rooms. Then they wondered why there can be free from the disaster. The old man answered that everyone here devoted all their lives to serve for the land, because they grew up listening to such a story. Originally, here actually belonged to outside birds. Five hundred years ago, many birds planted small trees here, but because of a disaster, thier homes were destroyed, which caused most birds dead, but only one survived and obtained a god power. It wanted to rebuild their homes, however, everything were tough by itself. It still cannot compete with the natural disaster. Ancestors of the locals saw that, and decided to help rebuild it. Finally, their worked together to make the seven claw reborn. Unfortunately, the last breath of the bird had all been spent on building homes, but in order to thank the kind locals, it invite them to live there and become a barrier to protect the seven claws of the land and the people here.
Late at night, their listened to the story, while reviewing the day outside and feeling alarmed, yet peace and harmony inside. They ruminated...
