Praise to Saints: The Last Spirit 《圣者颂：最后的唤灵》（唤灵是生造词，不知如何翻译……summon-spirit吗）
Once upon a time, before times,
Two girls climbed to the old place of God,
Sacrificed their souls,
Destroyed the demon, and reclaimed peace.
From generation to generation, people sang:
Saint Ai Zhuo, Saint Su Lan,
The Stars of Salvation.
Just as the rhythm of life,
The darkness has woken up again, and the cycle never ends...
That afternoon, when a huge cloud-like body flapping down in the air, the girl Ai Yin was climbing and playing in the ruins of the castle remnants. The rest of the children, screaming, escaped into the stone ladder and disappeared in the castle's belly, leaving her alone to stay on the bare platform, confronting that huge monster.
The dark blue spirit was the size of the castle - a castle suspended in the air, but alive. People were familiar with it and feared it, but no one knew exactly what they were in the end.
The nameless spirit was slowly flapping the wind, heavily breathing the wind.
The girl's red hair rolled behind, face shrouded in the shadows. She was at first able to escape – she ran rather fast, had the courage, and were not too scared to move her legs. She was curious and did not immediately hide. But now, even if she wanted to step back, all directions were surrounded by the ubiquitous vision of the spirit. How insignificant and small an eight-year-old girl could be under a circle of glowing visual organs…
She could only look up at it motionlessly.
Sometimes spirits would pass over human, turning a blind eye, while sometimes would brutally tear down cities and villages, rolling over everything, with elusive temperament. Ai Yin knew these, and had seen small spirits attacking human and livestock, shaking houses and trees. But when she raised up her neck, and could not see the afternoon sky, but only the boundless smooth dark blue skin, the past experience was thrown into the clouds. She only felt fear and shock mixed into an unprecedented silence.
Silence as a barrier cut off her contact with the outside world - including the pairs of eyes stuck beneath the stone staircase. Silence was also a language, connecting her with the unidentified, which had unknown origin and destiny. Only then, she did not understand the kind of connection, and could not take any action.
One day, when all came to an end, Ai Yin would look back and think that she could have ended at the age of eight with the castle that day, but fate had its own arrangements.
The nameless spirit was floating over the castle, face to face with the girl for a long time, and suddenly flapped its body and turned away, but it did not disappear.
Eighty-year-old Ai Yin standing on the edge of the stone platform, where bricks peeling off, witnessed the dark blue monster rushed to the other side of the city, destroyed three-quarters of her city. The large figure flew ups and downs between the sky and earth, turned numerous houses into bricks and concrete blocks, numerous families into dust.
