Assistant Customer Propositions Marketing Manager (Emerging Affluent)
Assist in formulating segment marketing strategies to build customers’ portfolio and foster customer relationships for different customer propositions
Implement cost-effective marketing campaigns / events to sustain portfolio growth and enhance customer experience
Develop marketing collaterals, collaborate with relevant parties to ensure the smooth launch of marketing programmes
Conduct post-programme evaluation for continuous improvement
University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline
Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing, preferably with knowledge of integrated accounts and other banking products
Solid experience in the development of above and below-the-line marketing programmes, with knowledge of marketing communications, customer acquisition, retention and/or event management a definite advantage
Resilience, with good communication, interpersonal and project management skills
Strong self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
Proficiency in both English and Chinese
Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes

Senior Content Editor/ Content Editor
Understand and anticipate our customers' support needs in order to author and maintain easy-to-follow, closed-loop help content that includes video scripts, product manuals, and customer communications;
Author customer communications on various topics including troubleshooting, conceptual information and frequently asked questions;
Ensure content is current and accurate;
Assist with the localization process for help articles and product manuals;
Work closely with support, product, design, engineering, and other teams to develop technical and feature content for new and current products.
Bachelor’s Degree in English, Communications, Translation, Linguistic, Technical Writing, Engineering or related discipline required;
1-2 years’ experience as technical writer or content writer;
High proficiency in English writing and editing;
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud - Illustrator, InDesign Photoshop;
Good command of Microsoft Office including Excel, SharePoint, Word and PowerPoint;
Experience with localization will be an advantage;
Excellent analytical and research capabilities, and have a passion for helping people find solutions;
Comfortable with editing the writing of others as well as receiving feedback on your own writing;
Fresh graduate will be considered with excellent portfolio;
Candidates with more experience and solid code writing / web publishing skills will be considered as Senior Content Editor

Degree holder or above, preferably in social work, management or other relevant disciplines
Minimum 2 years of community project management experience
