上海公司目前在招聘【CEO Assistant助理】，主要支持CEO（外国人）的相关工作，有3年或以上助理、秘书工作经验、英语优秀的小伙伴请将简历投到 email@example.com（姓名+岗位，word版）
1) CEO Admin Support 55%：
Arrange CEO’s business trip by tickets booking, accommodation booking, Visa applies; Making CEO expenses payment such as, travel expense, housing rental, mobile fee, etc weekly or monthly and correct. Company credit account check up monthly.
CEO business schedule arrangements. Calendar maintaining. Agenda update to driver weekly.
Arrange meetings and confirm the participants as CEO requires.
2) Board Meeting and CFO support 20%：
Support CFO with yearly AGM & BOD arrangement. Confirm date for both AGM & BOD with board members, venue booking, AGM/BOD material prepare. After AGM/BOD meeting, filing and scan the BOD resolutions. Support CFO with budget meeting. Prepare the meeting material as CEO required.
3) Group Policy Maintain 5%：
Help departments with group policy establish, update, announce on line right after the policy signed by CEO. Maintain the intranet group policy page.
4) Contracts 5%：
Work with relevant department for legal contracts support for CEO’s signature. Check all the documents required are done before send the contracts to CEO for signature.
5) Management Team Support 10%：
Support CEO with management Housing Keeping and management meeting schedules. Maintain both CEO calendar and management team calendar accordingly. Agenda confirm and send to management team before meetings. Material preparation.
6) ESO & CSR Events 5%：
Help with local ESO or CSR team for the events. When required.
- Collage degree or above
- 2~4 year related experience.
- Good command in Mandarin and English.
- Must have a strong sense of stick to Confidential and COBC policies as required.
