i have been using microsoft word for years. just a moment ago, a small box popped up to ask me if i was ready to assist microsoft improve its software office. i ignored the inquiry. i turned it down for a reason. years ago, i called its service to ask whether it could help me color icons of my word files so that i can see their status quo in one folder. no, microsoft said no. it couldn't help me. and at the end of the call, i was asked if i found the service satisfying. i found it ridiculous for the company to want me to evaluate its work this way. i asked how it evaluated its answer to my call. if it failed me, then it should know what kind of answer i could give. no. this time they are not asking for assistance to improving how a folder can boost productivity and convenience.
