1: New employee on-boarding preparation and follow up.
2: Employee P-file scanning and management.
3: HR system data entry and audit.
4: Prepare to be a backup for team taking leave.
5: Help with birthday card & Service Award preparation and distribution.
6: HR team coordination
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resource is prefer.
2. Be familiar with MS excel, word and Powerpoint;
3. Good communication skills in Chinese, English will be plus;
4. Details driven and is very careful to deliver results'
5. Need to be in office 4-5 days/week.
