1) Daily Reception of company clients and visitors.
2) In charge of company cars management, make a good tracking for insurance, maintenance and annual check etc.
3) Assist with manager to make a good tracking and forecast for car parking and car arrangement.
4) Budget control, follow-up and payment.
5) Office facility and security management support, such as stationary, air-tickets, drinking and cleaning; etc…
6) SAP application & follow-up; PO and budget management for repair.
7) EHS material management and tracking.
8) Other administrative duties assigned by manager.
1) Bachelor degree or above.
2) Good English skills in oral, writing and reading, French is a plus.
3) Proficient in MS Office and Outlook.
4) Good communication and coordination skills.
