The main task of this position is to assist Greater China Sales Manager to reach the sales budget. This position is located in Shanghai.
Duties & Responsibilities
To support on preparing tender quotations, proposals in time
To support on translating sales materials, sales documents
Closely manage the revenue turnovers of the distributor' network
Build and manage the allocated distribution network made of exclusive distributors, providing it with:
a) adequate training
b) product, customer service , before and after sales support
c) monitoring sales performance
d) Visual merchandising maintenance in line with the standards brand
e) Giving input in necessary organizational changes and interacting with the Region's HQ in ensuring superior service to clients.
Strengthen the awareness of brands. Proactively managing marketing activities, supporting dealers and agents.
Help to look for suitable and reliable distributor in first and second tier cities that can sell the high end furniture.
Other task assigned by managers.
Bachelor degree, with more than 2 years working experience in Sales
Good communication & Coordination skills with all levels.
Patient and detail-minded, can work under pressure, a good team player.

Sales driven with excellent track record
Result and customer oriented with multi-tasking capabilities
excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Good English, both in oral and written
Interior design back group is highly appreciated
Willing to travel
