Senior Content Editor/ Content Editor
Understand and anticipate our customers' support needs in order to author and maintain easy-to-follow, closed-loop help content that includes video scripts, product manuals, and customer communications;
Author customer communications on various topics including troubleshooting, conceptual information and frequently asked questions;
Ensure content is current and accurate;
Assist with the localization process for help articles and product manuals;
Work closely with support, product, design, engineering, and other teams to develop technical and feature content for new and current products.
Bachelor’s Degree in English, Communications, Translation, Linguistic, Technical Writing, Engineering or related discipline required;
1-2 years’ experience as technical writer or content writer;
High proficiency in English writing and editing;
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud - Illustrator, InDesign Photoshop;
Good command of Microsoft Office including Excel, SharePoint, Word and PowerPoint;
Experience with localization will be an advantage;
Excellent analytical and research capabilities, and have a passion for helping people find solutions;
Comfortable with editing the writing of others as well as receiving feedback on your own writing;
Fresh graduate will be considered with excellent portfolio;
Candidates with more experience and solid code writing / web publishing skills will be considered as Senior Content Editor

Digital Advertising Sales Manager
Present i-Click's online marketing/advertising products to media agencies
Plan and implement i-Click's campaigns for agencies’ clients
Work closely with in-house ads operation team to deliver campaigns
Minimum 2 years within a sales role, media agencies sales experience is a plus.
Ready network of media agencies
Experience in digital/online advertising preferred, search engine marketing experience is highly desirable
Ability to analyze data and present data driven marketing solutions to agencies
