1.take initiative to explore new recruiting channels, coordinate with recruitment agencies, CV screening, arrange all and participate in some of the interviews for retail function;
2.independently prepare offer letters, labor contract and other related documentation for responsible positions;
3.provide timely employment and termination formality services to incoming and outgoing employees such as employment registration/termination, personal files and social security a/c transfer and necessary documentation;
4.collect and check store staff monthly payroll, commission and benefit information from Retail District/Store Manager and pass it timely to C&B group;
5.labor relations, resolving labour relation related issue, staff security, etc;
6.coordinate and support retail training activities.
