Order management for Coach Greater China and Asia accounts: create, changes, cancel, ship week, MOT and etc.
· ADC to ICH/Store orders delivery & loading split, on time shipment tracking.
Communication: with multiple business partners regarding order and shipment, mainly including allocation, logistic, ICHs.
Order changes, swap shipping documents & virtual delivery for direct ship orders.
Retail price change support.
Reporting & data analysis
The accomplished individual will possess...
· Bachelor degree or above
· one year’ work experiences
Customer focus sense and team work spirit
Detail oriented, able to drive results and highly committed to work
Good communication skill, clear thinking
Good at oral and written English
Strong office software skill, especially excel
SAP or account service experience is a plus
