Position：Corporate Card Operation Associate – China Travel Services
Department：Strategic Sourcing & Enterprise Services (SSES)
Brief Description of Position：
The Corporate Card Operation Associate will support travel manager to manage corporate card daily operation work and provide reports requested by management.
The Associate should have a broad knowledge and understanding of corporate card types &Usage and be an expert of internal procedures, guidelines and policies of corporate card within MSD. With direction from Travel Services Management, assist in the development of streamlined processes of corporate card services to MSD while maintaining service excellence and customer focus.
Activity 1: Issue and cancel Amex corporate card
1. Approve credit card application form
2. Answer inquiries from employee
3. Contact bank for issuance status, increase credit limit and cancel cards for registered employee
4. Approve in e-flow for request to bank
5. Review credit card report
Activity 2: Manage issue resolution for interface failures and process exceptions
1. Prepare credit card usage report and other report requested by management
2. Problem solving in daily operation and operational issues escalation to Travel manager.
3. Maintaining customer centricity and service excellence
