- Maintain the office environment clean and comfortable, responsible for the office equipment functional and safe to use
- Organization of business trips in China – hotel reservation, flights booking, car arrangement for the pick-up services, etc.
- Manager the fax, mail, express, etc.
- Preparation of the business and internal documents
- Other assigned tasks by the Administration & Accounting Director
