1. Manage reception desk, greeting visitors, answering calls.
2. Sending and receiving international and domestic express delivery timely, ensure sufficient package material, waybill etc.
3. Responsible for stationery, drinking water, and office equipment procurement, maintenance and cost control
4. Flight tickets booking, hotel reservation and car arrangement for staff in China and overseas guests
5. Monthly staff birthday arrangement.
6.Other duties as and when assigned
1. Bachelor degree
2. Skilled user of Microsoft office
3. Active, careful and patient work enthusiasm, good communication skill and coordination ability, cheerful, straight, and sincerely person
4. Good oral and written English
