• Answer phone calls
• Arrange the documentation to client by courier
• Arrange the Tax Invoice to supplier for SZX, GZ and XMN shipments
• Updated the Tax invoice NO. in IGAIN
• Posted the cost in IGAIN for HONGKONG office
• Prepare daily cash flow report
• Arrange daily payments of the Company.
• Managing the repairing & maintenance of office equipment & indoor decoration
• Update company contact list
• Order office supplies : Stationary, Stamps, Water… etc.
• Contact with IT support services, I.E. set up computer for new staff, computer maintenance
• Arrange maintenance service of office equipment
• Contact building management for services if necessary
• Contact contractor for cleaning of air-conditioners and maintenance
• Order office furniture
• Ad hoc duties requested by supervisor
- College level
- Over 2 years experience in handling payments of the company
- Some years administration experience preferably
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Processing.
- Sound interpersonal & communication skills.
- Good at work prioritization skill.
- Positive mindset, responsible, self-motivated, outspoken & proactive.
- Able to work independently and work under pressure.
- Capable to handle multi-task effectively
