Project Coordinator SH
• Provides support to sales/delivery and project implementation
• Ensures candidate database are accurate and up-to-date in website and online tools.
• Ensures all training/workshops/marketing events are well organized.
• Provides efficient support to Associate Consultants and candidates when needed.
• Assist in monitoring the candidate website and client database to ensure all information are up-to-date.
Bachelor degree in business administration or liberal arts
Experience on client or admin support preferred
Attention to detail and accuracy; high client service standards
Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
Good command of English
Proficient ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Excellent skills in Word, Intermediary skills in Excel, PowerPoint), the Internet; good technical knowledge of computers, systems, office equipment to operate and basic troubleshoot.
