-Organizing, managing and controlling the complete sales process in the business with our customers.
1.Execute and fulfill the customer order
2.Execute and fulfill purchase order and follow up logistics.
3.Stock management according to customers' forecast, support stock planning.
4.Update customer information and profile in time.
-Assistance to sales team.
1.Assist customers in daily work.
2.Keep in touch with customers via telephone and maintain good relationship with them.
3.Support regional sales manager in daily work, and assist to achieve sales target.
4.Assist sales, logistics and PM dept. in settlement of customer complaint.
5.Assist FD and sales in follow up Account Receivable.
6.Strongest teamwork within sales department.
-Manage department documents and files
1.Fully and closely cooperate with other departments in target fulfillment
2.Closely to communicate with LG dept to ensure our inventory meets market demand and warehouse management
