Quiet Haven Hotel was supposed to be a one night shelter for Joe and Ivy Davis. But things soon start to go wrong. Ivy's panic attacks get worse and soon she disappears. In the morning the hotel has changed. Nothing is what it seems anymore. Joe is left alone, trying to understand what is happening, trapped between reality and the nightmare.
From writer R. Michalski, creator of The Cat Lady - this is Harvester Games first and well loved adventure game Downfall, originally released in 2009. Original music, thousands of lines of dialog and point & click interface provide the perfect 2D adventure - dare you drop in to Quiet Haven Hotel?

讽刺的是，这部的黄金结局反而是joe沉浸于自我欺骗的幻象。这从来都不是什么让一对情侣重归于好的爱情故事，而是关于虐待和囚禁，偏执和变态的故事。
这是我经历过的最具电影感的开场：大雨，夫妻吵架，偏执妻子，内敛丈夫，孤僻小镇，阴森旅馆······以及，后悔。想到寂静岭2了么？
剧情和设定类似于《寂静岭2》，幻想越美好，现实越窘困和崩坏。与下一部《猫夫人》结合来玩，联动感更强，也能更深刻的体会到主角的病态心理，致郁效果更佳。
