Myths abound about the role of creativity in leadership. On May 8th the Shanghai American Center welcomes Leadership Strategist and Life Consultant Byron Washington who will dispel misconceptions and offer practical frameworks to unlock leadership and creativity. For example, some people assume they are not creative. Others believe that as a leader, they themselves must be more creative. Some companies look for a secret ingredient to leadership and creativity. In reality, everyone is capable of being creative.
